How to Upload Your Aware Biomarker Results to WHOOP
You can now export your Aware biomarker results and upload them directly to WHOOP.

This new integration helps you combine daily physiological insights from WHOOP with your internal biomarker data from Aware - giving you a deeper, more holistic view of your long-term health.
If you’ve completed the Aware Long-Term Health package or the All Biomarker Female / All Biomarker Male tests, you’re already ahead:
When you test for All Biomarker Female/Male Health Package, Aware supports 56 of the 65 biomarkers currently included in WHOOP’s new Health Monitor.

How to export your biomarker results from the Aware app (step-by-step)
Follow these steps to download your results as a PDF:
Step 1: Open the Aware app
Log in and land on your home screen.
Step 2: Tap My Health
You’ll find the icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 3: Select your latest result
Choose the blood test you want to upload to WHOOP.
Step 4: Open the menu
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
Step 5: Download your results as a PDF
Select “Download result as PDF” and save it to your device.
This file is what you’ll upload into the WHOOP app.

How to upload your Aware PDF to WHOOP
WHOOP recently launched support for external lab results as part of their long-term biomarker tracking.
Here’s how to upload your Aware report:
Step 1: Open WHOOP
Go to the Health Monitor section.
Step 2: Tap “Add Lab Results”
WHOOP will ask for a file upload.
Step 3: Choose your Aware PDF
Select the result you downloaded from the Aware app.
Step 4: WHOOP processes your biomarkers
The app automatically extracts all supported biomarkers from your PDF.
You’ll now see your biomarkers alongside WHOOP’s physiological data, enabling richer interpretation and more actionable insights.

Aware currently supports 56 out of WHOOP’s 65 biomarkers, including those related to:
