Yes, the Aware subscription automatically renews each year unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. We do not provide refunds for unused services after cancellation. Your access to our services will continue until the end of your current billing period.
At the moment, neither public nor private German health insurance covers Aware health checks. If you have health insurance outside of Germany, some health checks might be eligible for reimbursement, depending on your provider and their policy. We recommend reaching out directly to your insurance provider to check whether coverage or reimbursement is possible.
Add-on tests are currently available only for AwarePro subscribers. They can’t be booked without an active AwarePro subscription at the moment.
With AwarePro Essentials, add-on tests can be booked for an additional fee. With AwarePro Complete, one add-on test is included for free and can be used on its own or added to another test when booking your appointment. Additional add-ons can be booked for a fee.
If you renew your subscription, any unused checks will be carried over to the next year automatically.
