You can cancel your membership at any time through your in-app account settings and your membership will not renew automatically. Your access to Aware services will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are possible within the first 2 weeks after purchase. Please note, if you complete a blood test or IV infusion in that time, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact our customer support through the in-app Support & FAQ section.
Add-on packages include IV infusions and all our blood tests apart from the Long-Term Health check, which is our foundational offering.
Yes, you can always book more Long-Term Health checks at an additional cost.
Any unused Long-Term Health checks will be lost at the end of your 12 month billing period. So don’t forget to use them all.
Yes, you can always reactivate membership renewal via your in-app account settings.
